AFU fired 194 shells in the Belgorod region per day
At least 194 shells were fired by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Belgorod region in one day. Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov wrote about the strikes in his telegram channel.
Most of the arrivals occurred in the Belgorod region. Thus, two artillery and 49 grenade launcher ammunition were fired at the village of Naumovka. 29 grenade launchers and four artillery shells hit the village of Shchetinovka. In the village of Krasny Khutor, 15 arrivals were recorded, another five artillery shells hit the village of Ustinovka, and one hit the Tserkovny village. Also, according to Gladkov, an unmanned aerial vehicle was landed in the village of Solntsevka using electronic warfare without subsequent detonation. No one was hurt, there was no destruction.
“In the Borisov region, on the outskirts of the village of Tsapovka, a copy-type UAV with an explosive device was planted using electronic warfare. The explosive device did not detonate. There were no consequences,” the governor of the Belgorod region wrote in his telegram channel.
Two mortar shells fell on the outskirts of the Stary village of the Volokonovsky district. No harm done. In addition, the Ukrainian Armed Forces drone attacked the village of Teshanka, resulting in damage to a communications facility.
Six mortar shells were fired at the outskirts of the village of Mokraya Orlovka, Grayvoronsky urban district. 33 shells fell in the village of Spodaryushino, five in the village of Poroz. There were no injuries or damage in these settlements.
One private house was damaged in the village of Ilek-Penkovka, Krasnoyaruzhsky district of the region. According to Gladkov, one shell landed in the village. In a private home, windows were broken, the façade and fence were damaged. Five arrivals were recorded in the village of Terebreno, as a result of which the roof and facade of a private residential building and a gas pipe in the yard were damaged.
Six mortar shells were fired at the regional center of the Shebekinsky urban district. In the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka — 12, in the village of Murom — two, in the village of Sereda and the Mukhin farm — six and seven mortar shells, respectively. The village of Krasnoye also came under mortar fire – four arrivals were recorded. As a result of the strike, one person was killed, another, a store clerk, was injured and was hospitalized in a medical facility. The store and power line were damaged. According to Vyacheslav Gladkov, the electricity supply has already been restored.
