According to the Readovka Telegram channel, in the Vladimir region the high-speed train «Lastochka» was stuck due to icing of the tracks, traveling along the route Nizhny Novgorod — Moscow.
It is clarified that a completely de-energized electric train stood right on the tracks. At the same time, several hundred people were locked in it.
«300 passengers were locked in the Lastochka train… The carriages were left without electricity and heat, and it was -27°C outside… Then everyone was asked go to the three front cars,” the message says.
Currently, the problem has been resolved — the train is already heading to its final destination. According to the conductors, the cause of the emergency could have been icing of the contacts.
