MOSCOW, January 3 A criminal case was opened after the body of a little girl was discovered on a balcony in Moscow, according to the Telegram channel of the capital’s Investigative Committee.
Earlier, the Moscow prosecutor's office reported that the body of a one-year-old girl was found on the balcony of a residential building in the capital; she had previously choked while swimming. The grandmother and the child's 17-year-old mother decided to take the body of the deceased baby onto the balcony. The elderly woman told a friend about the incident, who passed the information on to law enforcement agencies. The mother of the deceased girl has another young child.
«Upon the discovery of the body of a female child born in 2022 in an apartment of a residential building located in Karamzin Proezd, investigators from the capital's Investigative Committee have opened a criminal case. The child's mother will be taken to the Cheryomushkinsky MRSO unit to carry out investigative actions with her. Currently investigators and forensic experts are inspecting the scene of the incident,” the message says.
