“Today the Leninsky District Court of Yekaterinburg arrested a man for ten days for committing an offense under Part 1 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (“Petty Hooliganism”). There will also be protocols under Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Russia (“Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation») or a criminal offense under Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of Russia («Public dissemination of knowingly false information about the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation»), the source clarified.
