The Kalininsky District Court of St. Petersburg arrested the lead singer of the group “Puppies” Maxim Tesli (Moiseev) for 10 days, finding him guilty of petty hooliganism (Part 1 of Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code). This was reported by the joint press service of the city courts.
According to court representatives, the musician said at the hearing: “It happened. Regret. It happened by accident. I didn’t think the sock would fall off and it seemed like an appropriate performance, which of course it wasn’t.”
Maxim Tesli was detained on January 8 at Pulkovo airport when he was preparing to fly to Kazakhstan. That day, telegram channels were discussing a video from the “Puppies” concert, when Maxim Tesli took to the stage of the St. Petersburg MOD club wearing one sock on his penis.
This video outraged the deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Family Protection, Issues of Paternity, Maternity and Childhood Vitaly Milonov, the head of the Safe Internet League Ekaterina Mizulina, as well as the informer Vitaly Borodin.
Previously, rapper VACÍO (Nikolai Vasiliev) came wearing one sock on his penis to the Moscow “almost naked” party of blogger Anastasia Ivleeva. Now the rapper is under administrative arrest: first he was sentenced to 15 days, and then another 10 days.
