The court did not accept the claim against Ivleeva for a billion rubles

MOSCOW, January 10 The Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow did not accept for consideration a class action lawsuit against blogger Anastasia Ivleeva for a billion rubles for compensation for moral damage, the court’s press service reported .
“By a ruling dated January 9, the Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow returned the statement of claim of A. I. Inshakov and the persons who joined the claim against A. V. Ivleeva, since there is no information that Ivleeva lives in the Khamovniki district, although there is information about its registration on the territory of another entity,” said the agency’s interlocutor.

The lawsuit was filed after a scandalous event organized by a blogger in December last year at the Mutabor club. Many celebrities came to see it, including Ksenia Sobchak, Philip Kirkorov, Lolita Milyavskaya, Dima Bilan and others. The event was called a “naked party” because, following the dress code, guests were half naked. The organizer and participants posted photos on social networks, which caused a wave of indignation.

As a result, Ivleeva and others present at the event had to make excuses. The Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow registered a class action against the blogger for a billion rubles in compensation for moral damage, and the Lefortovo District Court fined her 100 thousand under the article of the Code of Administrative Offenses “Organization of mass presence of citizens in public places, resulting in a violation of public order.”
Rapper Vacío ( Nikolai Vasilyev), who wore a sock over his genitals at a party, was first arrested for 15 days for petty hooliganism and fined 200 thousand rubles for LGBT* propaganda, and then arrested for another ten days for disobeying the police. In addition, as reported by the Moscow Public Monitoring Commission, according to Vasilyev, after his arrest he was taken to the military registration and enlistment office, where he was given a summons.
