Beterbiev intends to win Bivol's belt

MOSCOW, January 14 World champion according to the World Boxing Council (WBC), World Boxing Organization (WBO) and International Boxing Federation (IBF) light heavyweight champion, Russian Artur Beterbiev said that he intends to win the fourth belt belonging to compatriot Dmitry Bivol.
On Sunday in Quebec, Canada, Beterbiev defeated Briton Callum Smith. The confrontation ended in the seventh round. Beterbiev won by technical knockout and defended his WBC, WBO and IBF championship titles. Bivol defeated Briton Lyndon Arthur on December 23. He defended the World Boxing Association (WBA Super) title and won the International Boxing Organization (IBO) title.
““Yes, of course, I want to get another, fourth belt. I want to completely do my job in this weight category. I need to reach the top,” Beterbiev said in an interview in the ring.
Earlier, journalist Dan Rafael reported on his website that Bivol and Beterbiev had already signed an agreement for a fight in Saudi Arabia.

The 38-year-old Beterbiev, who competes under the Canadian flag, has 20 victories in 20 professional fights (all by knockout). The 33-year-old Bivol has 22 wins (11 by knockout) and no defeats.
