“Corpse on corpse”: The Armed Forces of Ukraine lost their career intelligence officers who found themselves in a trap

Tons of ice on the Dnieper blocked all escape routes from Krynyk

The deplorable situation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the left bank of the Dnieper was aggravated by severe frosts. The Veseushniks actually found themselves in a trap set by weather conditions.

The Dnieper River has almost completely stopped, the military reports, which means that it is becoming increasingly difficult to break through to the opposite bank in rubber boats. At the same time, the ice is not so thick that people, much less military equipment, can move across it.

Former American army officer Stanislav Krapivnik, in a conversation with MK, spoke about the situation on the left bank and the prospects of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on this section of the front.

Tons of ice on the Dnieper blocked all escape routes from Krynoki

As predicted by experts, the Dnieper and its channels in the lower reaches of the river began to freeze. As a result, the thickness of the ice no longer allows movement on rubber boats, but it will also not support the weight of a person, especially military equipment.

Thus, logistics practically came to a standstill, bringing the situation around the village of Krynki closer to dramatic. After all, blocking a stable supply (both ammunition and food) makes the operation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces pointless. According to military experts, even with reduced food supply, a hundred soldiers need about 100-150 kilograms of food and about 370 liters of water — and this is about 600 kilograms of cargo that must be supplied to units daily. And this is not counting ammunition, medicine, fuel, batteries, clothing.

According to the military, a single number of enemy boats are now breaking through barriers in the form of ice and our FPV drones to the left bank. In addition, there is no way back for the enemy: the entire territory is completely under fire from our units. So, last week, during an attempt to evacuate from Krynki, a large group of special forces of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine was destroyed.

“There was a close dagger fight in the private sector. Among the dead are many career intelligence officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” reported one of the military-political Telegram channels.

It is noteworthy that there is also confirmation from the Ukrainian side that the situation with the Armed Forces of Ukraine is close to catastrophic.

“From near Krynki, a volunteer reports that just yesterday three boats did not return, in one of the boats there were 7 soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces… All drowned…” — another channel reported.

In recent weeks The width of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' bridgehead on the left bank of the Dnieper became even smaller, narrowing to less than one kilometer. According to some reports, up to ten thousand Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers died under our heavy fire in two months.

According to some reports, there are currently still marines in Krynki, who were initially entrusted with the task of expanding the bridgehead. At the same time, other channels report that the Ukrainian army has withdrawn its elite units from here and is sending only mobilized ones.

According to military expert, former American army officer Stanislav Krapivnik, the Ukrainian Armed Forces initially had no prospects on the left bank Dnepr: The Kiev regime stubbornly held a bridgehead and continued to send personnel to show that the Ukrainian army was capable of important operations.

– We can assume that weather conditions in which rubber boats cannot cross the river are salvation for ordinary soldiers, who are actually sent one way. To be honest, I’m even sad for the soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces: they are sent to certain death, and they have nowhere to turn — the barrier detachments do not allow them to retreat. The conditions on site are also terrible: the Wehrmacht soldiers have no opportunity to dig in, while our artillery subjects them to constant massive attacks, and all this ends in a natural meat grinder. There is a corpse lying on a corpse. On the one hand, it’s good that the enemy can be destroyed quite easily, on the other hand, these are Russian people who are being driven to slaughter in the hundreds…

The military expert also said that from the elite units that were initially sent to Krynki, there is nothing left:

– The Marines there are no longer the same as those who were, say, in Mariupol. This is, let's say, the second generation of Marines who were trained under accelerated programs. But they are now sorely lacking there; they are almost gone too.
