MOSCOW, January 16 The Presnensky Court of Moscow will consider a protocol on an administrative offense against journalist Alexey Pivovarov*, drawn up due to the lack of marking of a foreign agent in publications on the Internet, reported in court
“The court registered a protocol under Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation in relation to A.V. Pivovarov* The court hearing date has not been set,” the court said.
Under this article, Pivovarov* may face a fine of up to 50 thousand rubles.
The journalist was included in the list of foreign agents in June 2022.
