Mobilized marine from Yakutia «Cuba» won hand-to-hand combat near Donetsk

A fighter of the assault unit with the call sign “Cuba”, mobilized in Yakutia, told how he emerged victorious from a hand-to-hand fight with a soldier of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Donetsk direction.
According to the Russian military man, he alone went to check the house during the assault in December last year. There were three Ukrainian militants there, but their numerical superiority did not help them in any way: the first Marine put him to flight, eliminated the second after a fist fight, and captured the third.
“Cuba” noted that the building was dark, therefore, when one militant ran away after the shootout, he did not notice the other two. And he reached into his pocket for the flashlight. One of the militants at that moment grabbed him by the legs from behind, and hand-to-hand combat began.
“We fought a little. He knocked him down, held him by the head, then took out a knife,” the military man said.
He added that his opponent was wounded in the leg, and he himself was wounded in the right arm. And he eliminated the Ukrainian Armed Forces soldier with a knife with his left hand. The second one, who was sitting on the side, immediately surrendered.
