The Simonovsky District Court of Moscow placed blogger from Tajikistan Salmon Jumaboy (Radzhabzoda) under house arrest in the case of insulting Russian girls. The capital's prosecutor's office reports this.
The blogger was detained on January 7. He is suspected of extremism (clause “c” of Part 2 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code). According to investigators, in December last year, Dzhumaboy published a video with “signs of humiliation of the human dignity of girls of Slavic nationality.”
According to the authors of the SHOT telegram channel, the reason for the persecution of the blogger was a video in which he said that with “Natasha got high.” “Soon all Russian girls will be ours,” Jumaboy also said, according to the telegram channel.
On January 9, the Simonovsky District Court refused to place the blogger under arrest, which the prosecutor's office did not agree with and filed an appeal. On January 17, the Moscow City Court overturned the decision of the lower court and transferred the materials for a new trial.
The blogger himself does not admit his guilt and says that the voice of another person is heard in the video.
