MOSCOW, January 21 The terminal of the Novatek company caught fire in the port of Ust-Luga in the Leningrad region, regional governor Alexander Drozdenko reported on the Telegram channel.

"Injured as a result of the fire at the terminal of the Novatek company there is none in the port of Ust-Luga,” he wrote.
The terminal employees, as the head of the region clarified, were evacuated. The forces and means of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and Lenoblpozhspas were involved in extinguishing the fire.
A high alert regime has been declared in the Kingisepp district. Regional government employees are being sent to the scene.
The cause of the fire has not yet been announced.
