MOSCOW, January 20 Two Syrian soldiers were wounded when fired from a heavy machine gun by illegal armed groups in the province of Idlib in Syria, said the deputy head of the Russian Center for the Reconciliation of Warring Parties (CPVS) in the Arab Republic, Rear Admiral Vadim Kulit.
““In the province of Idlib, two Syrian soldiers were injured as a result of heavy machine gun fire from illegal armed groups from the EL-BARA area at the positions of government troops in the area of the HAS settlement,” Kulit said at a briefing.
He added that over the past 24 hours in the Idlib de-escalation zone, three shellings of positions of Syrian government troops were recorded from the terrorist groups Jabhat al-Nusra* and the Islamic Party of Turkistan*: in the province of Aleppo — one shelling, in the province of Idlib — two attacks.
