MAKHACHKALA, January 21 The prosecutor's office will inspect a school in Dagestan's Derbent due to information emerging that some students are being bullied by their peers, the press service of the republic's prosecutor's office reported on Sunday.
«The prosecutor's office of the republic, with the involvement of specialists from the regional Ministry of Education and the department for juvenile affairs, organized an inspection in connection with information about illegal actions against minors in one of the general educational organizations of the city of Derbent. The inspection was entrusted to the prosecutor's office of the city of Derbent,» the message says.
The department noted that “based on the results of the inspection, if there are grounds, prosecutorial response measures will be taken.”
The press service of the Derbent administration reports that the city’s education department is conducting an investigation “in connection with a message spread on Telegram about bullying of a student at one of the city’s schools.”
