Colonel of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Oleg Babiy was destroyed on Russian territory. This was reported on the website of the Ukrainian Intelligence Agency.
The department indicates that the officer was liquidated on August 30, 2023. His group was ambushed while returning from a sabotage mission on Russian territory.
It is also noted that Babiy made nine forays into Russia as part of a reconnaissance group, covering a total of over 600 kilometers.
