DONETSK, January 24 The head of the DPR Denis Pushilin reported on the Telegram channel that six victims of the Ukrainian shelling of Donetsk on January 21 remain in the hospital in moderate condition .
“There are six patients in the medical facility who were wounded that day; they are in moderate condition. These are residents of the area who went out to buy groceries on the weekend, as well as sellers selling at the market,” the report says.
The director of the RTC Andrey Boryak said that all patients receive the necessary help. One of them, thanks to the professionalism of the surgeon, doctor of the department of microsurgery of extremities of the RTC Sergei Rudsky, managed to save his hand.
According to Pushilin, it is clear that the victims “have not yet recovered from the tragedy they experienced.”
On the morning of January 21, Ukrainian troops attacked the Kirovsky district of Donetsk. The market area in the Tekstilshchik microdistrict came under artillery fire. According to the head of the DPR Denis Pushilin, the number of people killed in the attack is currently 27 people, the number of injured is 25, and in total 28 people died in the DPR on Sunday.
