MOSCOW, January 24 In the special administrative region on Russky Island in the Primorsky Territory, 67 companies with assets worth about 5 trillion rubles are registered, said the Deputy Prime Minister — Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District Yuri Trutnev.
«This is the regime of a special administrative region. It helped us return to Russia 67 of the largest enterprises with their own assets already… about 5 trillion rubles,» Trutnev said, speaking at a plenary session as part of the Day of the Far East and the Arctic at the international exhibition -Forum «Russia» at VDNKh.

In October, Trutnev reported that 63 companies were registered in the special administrative region in the Primorsky Territory.
Special administrative regions were created in Russia in 2018, when a package of laws was adopted aimed at creating conditions and mechanisms for the return of Russian and attracting foreign business from foreign jurisdictions. They operate on the islands of Russky (Primorsky Territory) and Oktyabrsky (Kaliningrad Region).
