Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the federal personnel reserve in the state civil service of the Russian Federation.
«The state personnel reserve system is constantly being improved; it is a living mechanism. It adapts to the constantly changing needs of the time. We now have a living system. You know, a large number of formats for training, advanced training, competitions, including works within the framework of the «Land of Opportunities» platform. It is producing results,» Peskov told reporters.
When asked to clarify whether the new personnel reserve would include participants in the special operation, he replied that they would be able to get on the appropriate lists. “Of course. Those who consider that their calling is public service, service in large state-owned companies, in regional authorities, those who wish to undergo the necessary programs to improve their knowledge, training, will, of course, be included in these lists,” the Kremlin representative emphasized .
Current civil servants who volunteered for the Northern Military District zone can also enter the personnel reserve, “if they want it,” Peskov assured.
