MOSCOW, January 25 About 25% of all Russian pharmaceutical products are produced in the Moscow region, in total more than 90 companies operate in the region, said the Deputy Prime Minister — Minister of Investment and Industry and science of the Moscow region Ekaterina Zinovieva.
“Pharmaceutical enterprises located near Moscow produce about 25% of the total volume of pharmaceutical products produced in Russia. Over 90 companies operate in this sector in the region, and today the industry is at the stage of active development,” noted Zinovieva, whose words were quoted by the press -service of the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region.
According to her, a total of 17 investment projects have been announced in the region in the field of pharmaceuticals and the production of medical equipment. Of these, 11 are new construction projects, six are modernization projects. Five projects in the Moscow region have already been implemented.
