KALININGRAD, January 25 Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in Kaliningrad on Thursday.
The president is expected to talk to students at Kant University on the occasion of Tatiana’s Day and hold a meeting on the development of the Kaliningrad region, as well as a separate meeting with the head of the region Anton Alikhanov.
January 25 is celebrated annually in Russia Day of Russian Students. The holiday was established in accordance with the decree of the President of the Russian Federation of January 25, 2005.
