MOSCOW, January 24 Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation approved the procedure for the use of video surveillance and image broadcasting during the presidential elections of the Russian Federation.
According to the resolution adopted at the CEC meeting, voters will be warned about the use of video surveillance in the voting premises by signs; video cameras will be turned on continuously, starting from training to check the system, which is carried out on the eve of the first day of voting, and until the end of election events.
According to Deputy Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation Nikolai Bulaev, public observation centers will be created in each subject of the Russian Federation.
