MOSCOW, January 24 The process of creating polling stations abroad ends today, January 24, information about their number will be received by February 3, said Pavel Andreev, a member of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation.
“Today, January 24, the process of establishing polling stations abroad is being completed. And by February 3, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs will receive information on the number and locations of these polling stations,” Andreev said at a meeting of the Central Election Commission.
