Press Secretary Russian President Dmitry Peskov said that he does not yet have information about the fate of the bodies of the Ukrainian military killed in the Il-76 crash.
Peskov was asked what would happen to their remains, whether they would be handed over to Kiev.
“I can’t say this now, I just don’t have such information,” he told reporters.
Peskov stressed that he had nothing to add on this topic.
The Ministry of Defense said that 65 prisoners of war of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were killed in the crash.
