VLADIVOSTOK, January 27 The contractor was fined more than 1.4 billion rubles for violating the deadlines for the construction of four ten-story houses for displaced people from dilapidated housing and orphans in Vladivostok, reports the Primorsky Territory prosecutor's office.
According to the supervisory authority, the houses on Russkaya Street in Vladivostok were built by Alliance Group of Companies LLC according to the national project; according to the contract, they had to be built before October 1, 2023 for displaced people from emergency housing, orphans and children left without care parents. An administrative violation case was opened for violation of construction deadlines.
The prosecutor’s office clarified that we are talking about four ten-story buildings.
“The judge found the organization guilty of committing an administrative offense and imposed a fine of more than 1.4 billion rubles,” the statement says.
The prosecutor's office will monitor the execution of the court decision after it enters into legal force.
