MOSCOW, January 29 Headquarters of the presidential candidate , the current head of state Vladimir Putin, after his registration with the Central Election Commission, begins an active campaign, Viktor Blazheev, a confidant and authorized representative of the group to support Putin’s self-nomination in the elections, told reporters.
“The candidate is registered. We are starting a very active campaign,” Blazheev told reporters.
To a clarifying question about what it would consist of and whether there were already any plans, he replied that there was an election headquarters in each region, and each region would build its own campaign.
