MOSCOW, January 31 To the presidential candidate, At a meeting with trusted representatives, the current head of state Vladimir Putin was asked to create a code of childhood of the Russian Federation, which would unite all laws and regulations related to the protection of children.
«We propose to create a code of childhood for the Russian Federation. This code is designed to unite and build into a single system all laws, all regulations, everything that concerns the development, formation, protection, and future of our children. We very much ask for your support,» said one of the participants in Putin's meeting with proxies.
The Federation Council has scheduled presidential elections for March 17, 2024. Voting will last three days: March 15, 16 and 17.
Currently, 8 people are vying for the post of head of state. The Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation has registered four presidential candidates — Leonid Slutsky, Nikolai Kharitonov, Vladislav Davankov and Vladimir Putin.
The Central Election Commission must make a decision on registration or refusal of registration in relation to all candidates no later than February 10.
