MOSCOW, January 31 Co-chairman of the candidate’s election headquarters in the presidency of the current head of state Vladimir Putin, the head physician of the Moscow City Clinical Hospital No. 52 Maryana Lysenko expressed the hope that the healthcare project will be continued, but will be based on new challenges.
“»Of course, of course, we as a medical community could not help but talk about the healthcare project, which ends this year and, of course, we really hope that there will be a continuation of this project or a new project, but already based on the development of its completely different challenges. This is a necessity, simply an urgent need to create absolute technological sovereignty of our healthcare,» Lysenko said at Putin's meeting with trusted officials.
The Federation Council has scheduled presidential elections for March 17, 2024. Voting will last three days: March 15, 16 and 17.
Currently, 8 people are vying for the post of head of state. The Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation has registered four presidential candidates — Leonid Slutsky, Nikolai Kharitonov, Vladislav Davankov and Vladimir Putin.
The Central Election Commission must make a decision on registration or refusal of registration in relation to all candidates no later than February 10.
