MOSCOW, January 31 Every citizen of Russia has Russian presidential candidate and current head of state Vladimir Putin said his part of the work in the fight for the future of the country, for the future of Russian children, at a meeting with trusted officials.
«I now remembered the veterans who are fighting at the front, really fighting, now there is a battle going on, now we are discussing here, and they are fighting. Just like our other guys who were mentioned here, «in all areas of contact with the enemy. These are the sharpest, most sensitive, most dangerous areas of the struggle for Russia. But each of those gathered here, each citizen of the country has their own area of work in the fight for the future of Russia, for the future of our children,» Putin said .
The Federation Council has scheduled presidential elections for March 17, 2024. Voting will last three days: March 15, 16 and 17. At the moment, 7 people are vying for the post of head of state. The Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation has registered four presidential candidates — Leonid Slutsky, Nikolai Kharitonov, Vladislav Davankov and Vladimir Putin. The Central Election Commission must make a decision on registration or refusal of registration for all candidates no later than February 10.
