In Stary Oskol, Belgorod region, veterinarian Anfisa Golovnykh was detained, who criticized the invasion of Ukraine and President Vladimir Putin on TikTok. The regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported on this.
For 36-year-old Golovnykh, the police drew up a report on “discrediting” the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code). The materials have already been registered with a judge in the city court.
The persecution began after posts about the veterinarian’s TikToks were yesterday written by the city public “People’s Control Stary Oskol” and a professional informer, head of the “Safe Internet League” Ekaterina Mizulina.< /p>
The Heads have several pages on TikTok. One of them, dedicated to her work and stories about animals, has more than 200 thousand subscribers. On review sites there are comments about her work from owners of dogs, cats and decorative rats. The second Oskolchanka account, where there were videos about politics, had 70 thousand subscribers, but now the page is inaccessible. Some tiktoks were re-uploaded on YouTube.
