The RIA Novosti source noted that all means of objective control — the flight parameters recording device and the voice recorder — have been deciphered.
“Everything is clear about the destructive elements, everything is there: both elements and missile fragments,” the message says. Earlier, the Associated Press, citing a source, reported that the French military came to the conclusion that the Russian Il-76 plane with Ukrainian prisoners of war was shot down by the American Patriot system.
The Ukrainian Armed Forces shot down the plane with a missile fired from the Kharkov region on Wednesday , January 24. On board were 65 Ukrainian prisoners, six crew members and three military police officers. They all died.
