The Golovinsky District Court of Moscow arrested until March 17 the creator of the public page “Pre-Revolutionary Adviser,” poet Vyacheslav Malakhov. This was reported by OVD-Info with reference to lawyer Tatyana Solomina.
Before the decision was announced, the journalists were expelled from the court, citing the end of working hours.
Malakhov is accused of repeated “discrediting” army (part 1 of article 280.3). As noted, the reason for the persecution was an anti-war post on Malakhov’s telegram channel, which began with the words “Nobody wants to fuck you in your withered ass, grandpa, relax.” Before that, in September, he was fined under an administrative article about “discrediting” the army (20.3.3 of the Administrative Code).
Even earlier, in August, Malakhov said that the security forces removed him from the train and forcibly placed him for a month to a psychiatric hospital, where they injected unknown drugs.
Vyacheslav Malakhov is known as one of the authors of the “Pre-revolutionary Soviet” public page on VKontakte, where memes in pre-revolutionary spelling, parody poems and covers of modern songs stylized as pre-revolutionary language. Now there are 68 thousand subscribers. The community page is now available, but Malakhov’s personal page has been blocked in Russia at the request of the Prosecutor General’s Office since 2023.
