MOSCOW, February 3Thanks to the help of the Moscow Fund for the Support of Industry and Entrepreneurship, a Moscow enterprise producing ready-made food products purchased new equipment, which allowed it to produce more than 15 thousand tons of products last year, said the deputy head of the investment department and industrial policy of the capital Daria Stepanova.
In particular, the Teremok company produced about 3 thousand tons of pancake dough for its Russian restaurants in Moscow.
«The capital's producers of prepared food products supply products to large retail chains, online grocery ordering services, transport companies and others. The city promotes the development of industry enterprises by providing them with comprehensive support. The Moscow Fund for the Support of Industry and Entrepreneurship plays a significant role in this, which provides financial assistance companies. So, last year, a manufacturer of prepared food products received 50 million rubles from the Fund for the purchase of new equipment. In 2023, the company produced over 2.8 thousand tons of pancake dough, from which the Moscow restaurant chain baked more than 28 million pancakes,» they cited in the press service of DIPP words from Stepanova.
According to the founder and manager of the restaurant chain, Mikhail Goncharov, the company intends to continue to increase production and open new restaurants. Today the chain includes 334 restaurants in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Krasnodar.
