The Ministry of Justice included in the register of “foreign agents” the organization “ELKIN CARTON”, created by cartoonist Sergei Elkin.
ELKIN CARTON is the legal entity of Sergei Elkin, whom the Ministry of Justice declared a “foreign agent” in April 2022.
