«The Dzerzhinsky District Court of St. Petersburg issued a ruling on the selection of a preventive measure in the form of detention in relation to citizen of Kazakhstan Sergei Zazuli, suspected of committing crimes under paragraphs “a”, “c”, part 2 of article 281 (“Sabotage”) and 222.1 (“Illegal trafficking in explosives” and explosive devices») of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, for a period of April 9,» the press service reported.
Earlier, the FSB Central Operations Center spoke about the detention of an agent of the Ukrainian special services who was planning sabotage at a fuel and energy complex facility in the Leningrad region. Law enforcement officers received a signal about a suspicious person in the area of ​​​​the gas distribution station, the detainee turned out to be “a foreign citizen, Ukrainian by nationality.”
