The rating of the cheapest rental apartments in the capital was topped by “odnushka” in the southeast
The study showed that since the beginning of 2024, the supply of rental housing in Moscow has increased by 13%. However, the shortage of relatively cheap options for rental apartments in the Russian capital still remains.
The minimum rental rate (excluding Zelenograd and New Moscow) is 30 thousand rubles — for this price you can rent a one-room apartment in Nekrasovka (a district of the South-Eastern Administrative District outside the Moscow Ring Road).
The housing is located on the 12th floor of a new 16-story panel building, a fifteen-minute walk from the station of the same name metro. Rent for the first time for one or two Russians without pets and children. The area of the apartment is 32 square meters, the kitchen is seven square meters. The room has a wardrobe and a TV, a fold-out sofa; the kitchen is equipped with furniture and household appliances.
In second place in the ranking is a one-room apartment for 35 thousand rubles per month. The apartment is located on the second floor of a five-story panel building on Volgogradsky Prospekt, a 7-minute walk from the Kuzminki metro station (southeast of the capital). The apartment has dimensions of 36 square meters and a kitchen of six square meters. m is furnished and equipped with all necessary household appliances.
As in the case of the apartment in Nekrasovka, the owners are ready to rent out housing only to people without children and pets. Moreover, their requirements are even stricter: single Russians or a couple in a so-called civil marriage cannot apply for rent — only officially registered spouses.
In third place is one-room housing for 36 thousand rubles per month on the third floor of a five-story panel building the house is a five-minute walk from the Babushkinskaya metro station (North-Eastern District). The footage of the housing is 32 square meters, the kitchen is six square meters. In stock — a kitchen set, household appliances, a wardrobe, a sofa and a chest of drawers in the room. One woman is allowed to stay without children or animals.
Deputy Director of the Apartment Rental Department at INCOM-Real Estate Oksana Polyakova notes that clients became more active already in January, which is not typical for the first months of the year. “Many have gotten used to the idea that there are no more usual prices in the economy segment, and cheap options — apartments for 25 thousand rubles, which they saw in the first half of 2023, are now unlikely to be found. The most affordable properties are rented out very quickly, they don’t have time to accumulate, so the shortage of budget apartments remains,” says the specialist.
