MOSCOW, February 15. The Russian army struck with Iskander missiles, destroying a couple of Ukrainian Armed Forces battalions in the special operation zone, former US Army intelligence officer Scott Ritter said on the YouTube channel Ask The Inspector.
“»The Russians sent two missiles at enemy concentrations» Iskander». <…> We are talking about 200 killed and 300 wounded, this number will grow. They simply destroyed a couple of battalions right on the spot,” the expert said.
He noted that the Russian army is hitting the reserves of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in to the rear to prevent their concentration on the front line.
Last week, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that troops carried out 31 group strikes against Ukrainian military-industrial complex facilities, locations of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and foreign mercenaries. All targets were hit, the department clarified.
