PERM, February 18 Three people died during a fire in a private house in Perm, a case has been opened, reports the regional department of the Investigative Committee.
According to the department, on the afternoon of February 17, a wooden house caught fire in the Motovilikha district of Perm. While extinguishing the fire, the bodies of three residents were discovered.
“A criminal case has been opened on the grounds of a crime under Part 1 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing death by negligence of two or more persons) «, the message says.
The footage from the scene of the emergency shows that the building burned almost completely: a charred log house without a roof and doors was left on the site.
