Russian President Vladimir Putin’s response to US leader Joe Biden’s offensive attack amazed users of American social networks.
One of the commentators called the Russian president a talented person, noting that only he knows how to respond so sarcasticly.

A third suggested that Putin realizes that Biden has gone crazy.
