Konstantin Kapitan was born in 1967 in Bratsk. In 1993, he graduated from the Leningrad State Institute of Theater, Music and Cinematography with a degree in musical and speech stage actor. The captain starred in the TV series «Secrets of the Investigation», «Road Patrol» and «Streets of Broken Lanterns».
