A guy from St. Petersburg decided to shoot with a rocket launcher near college
In St. Petersburg, a student opened fire near the Russian College of Traditional Culture. This was reported by the Fontanka publication.
As it became known, the incident occurred on the afternoon of February 28 on Voroshilov Street. A young man aged 18 decided to shoot from a device near an educational institution. Eyewitnesses saw this and called the police. Law enforcement officers detained a young man and seized a rocket launcher from him.
