VOLGOGRAD, February 29 A warehouse with lumber is on fire in Volgograd, firefighters eliminated open burning on 1 thousand square meters, the press service of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations reports in its Telegram channel.
According to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Volgograd Region, a report of a fire in the Sovetsky district of Volgograd was received at about 2.10.
“A one-story building with lumber is on fire. Open burning has already been eliminated on 1,000 square meters,” reports the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
It is noted that there were no dead or injured. 16 units of equipment and 42 specialists are working at the fire site.
