SIRIUS, March 2 Gazprom is developing a Russian analogue FIFA simulator, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko told reporters at the World Youth Festival.
«Gazprom is already developing its own Russian simulator,» Chernyshenko said.
He explained that the simulator is being created taking into account the interests of the entire football system, as a platform, primarily for coaches, players and the popularization of this format among a wide audience. According to the Deputy Prime Minister, the Russian analogue will be available to everyone — coaches, players and others.
Previously, on February 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin inspected the competition areas of the Games of the Future in Kazan, including the football arena. Former Russian national team footballer Andrei Arshavin approached Putin with a proposal to create a Russian football simulator in which you can play for the national team and more. The athlete noted that the head of Gazprom, Alexey Miller, could help with the implementation of the idea — the state corporation is the general sponsor of Zenit. Putin replied: “Will you need to talk to Alexei Borisovich (Miller)? Good, good.”
The World Youth Festival will be held from March 1 to 7 in the federal territory of Sirius by decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
