MOSCOW, March 2 No negotiations with Ukraine neither directly nor through intermediaries, said the Russian Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya.
“No negotiations with Ukraine are taking place either directly or through any intermediaries. We, naturally, welcome any constructive proposals for negotiations,” Nebenzya said in an interview with the Rossiya 24 TV channel.
