UN, March 15 China is ready to provide the necessary conditions for Moscow and Kiev to enter into negotiations, Chinese Deputy Permanent Representative to the UN Geng Shuang said at a UN Security Council meeting.
“China is ready to provide the necessary conditions for Russia and Ukraine to enter into negotiations and will continue to play a constructive role in promoting a political solution to the crisis,” — said Geng Shuang.
