Governor of the Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov reported on the consequences of the night and morning attack on the Belgorod region.
According to the official, one of the shells hit a private house in the regional capital, a fire started, and a 16-year-old girl died. The schoolgirl's father was injured but survived — he has a closed head injury, body burns and carbon monoxide poisoning. The man is in shock and is being hospitalized.

Also, as a result of the shelling of the city, a fire started in two private residential buildings, windows in apartments of three high-rise buildings were broken, one outbuilding and eight cars were damaged.
