The Butyrsky District Court of Moscow sent 20-year-old Alina Nevmyanova to a pre-trial detention center, who on March 15 poured green paint into a ballot box on Altufevskoye Highway. Information about this appeared in the court file, Mediazona noted.
A criminal case was opened against Nevmyanova for obstructing the exercise of electoral rights or the work of election commissions, committed by a group of persons (clause “c” of Part 2 of Article 141 of the Criminal Code). The girl faces up to five years in prison.
The Investigative Committee reported on the initiation of the case the day before, but the department’s press release did not indicate part of the article.

The recording shows how a girl with a bottle of ink in her hands throws a ballot into the ballot box and immediately fills the hole with paint. After this, a policeman approaches the Muscovite and takes her away. Telegram channels claimed that the girl was “instructed by someone” over the phone.
