Earlier, the FSB Central Operations Center reported the detention in Simferopol of a Russian citizen born in 1999, who was going to set fire to a relay cabinet on the Crimean Railway on instructions from the Ukrainian special services in order to disrupt military transportation. Homemade incendiary devices and communication equipment containing correspondence with the Ukrainian coordinator were seized from the detainee. A criminal case has been opened regarding preparations for a terrorist attack.
