WASHINGTON, March 20 US authorities have accused two Russian legal entities — the Structural Group of Companies and the Social Design Agency — of creating a network of fake websites that allegedly , pretended to be Internet pages of real media.
Both companies, along with their executives, were included in the sanctions lists of the US Treasury Department on Wednesday.
“Structure” and TSA, on behalf of the Russian government, created a network of more than 60 websites that posed as real news organizations in Europe,” states a State Department press release.
Together with companies, the founder of ASP Ilya Gambashidze and the owner of the Group of Companies «Struktura» Nikolai Tupikin were sanctioned.
