Vice President of the Union of Shopping Centers Marat Manasyan gave an approximate estimate of the damage to Crocus City Hall as a result of the terrorist attack and fire. The amount is in the billions.
As Manasyan explained, the damage to one square meter of such a concert hall is close to 250-300 thousand rubles. Considering that the total area is 38 thousand square meters, we can talk about damage of 9.5-11.4 billion rubles.
The expert emphasized that this was one of the best concert halls in Moscow, with excellent decoration and equipment.
At the same time, at the moment, most of what was lost is no longer supplied to Russia due to sanctions.
Manasyan allocated at least 8-10 months for restoration work, taking into account the engineering and technical complexity of the structure and the need to deliver equipment through parallel imports or search for replacements with products from other manufacturers.
