YEKATERINBURG, March 28 The Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation clarified the claim against the former owners of the plants of the Chelyabinsk Electrometallurgical Plant (CHEMK) group, increasing the required amount from 25.8 to 105 billion rubles, reports the Arbitration Court of the Chelyabinsk Region.

According to the court's press service, on Thursday the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation received an application to clarify the size of the claim, in which it requests the recovery of unjust enrichment in the form of funds in the amount of 105 billion rubles. Ariant Group LLC, as well as its owners Alexander and Lyudmila Aristov and Alexander and Elena Kretov, have also been added to the list of defendants in the lawsuit.

In addition, the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation requests, in order to recover unjust enrichment, to seize in favor of the state 100% of the shares of LLC Kuban-Vino and Agrofirm Yuzhnaya LLC belonging to Ariant Group of Companies LLC. , LLC “Agrofirm “Ariant”, LLC “TsPI – Ariant”, as well as 100% of the shares of LLC “Katav-Ivanovo Foundry”, owned by Antipov's company “Etalon”.
As emphasized in court, interim measures have been taken in the form of seizure of the defendants' movable and immovable property, a ban on taking relevant actions and making decisions in relation to this property.
Consideration of the claim will take place on April 1 in the Arbitration Court of the Chelyabinsk Region.
On February 26, the Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk Region satisfied the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office for the transfer to the Russian Federation of shares in three plants: ChEMK, JSC Serov Ferroalloy Plant and JSC Kuznetsk Ferroalloys. The demands were addressed to the former co-owners of the ChEMK industrial group, Yuri and Lyudmila Antipov, and Etalon JSC.
